As a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and experienced facilitator, I partner with leaders, professionals, and organizations facing change, growth, or sustained complexity. My work centers on creating space for clear thinking, aligning action with what matters most, and supporting sustainable, meaningful results.
With more than a decade of experience across government, healthcare, financial services, insurance, higher education, non-profits, and engineering environments, I bring a grounded and strategic perspective to coaching and leadership development. I am known as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, helping them strengthen performance, navigate change, and develop people-centered solutions that endure.

I am a Certified GENOS Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and certified in Profiles individual and 360° assessments, allowing me to integrate emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and data-informed insight into every engagement. Whether coaching individuals, working with teams, facilitating leadership development, or supporting organizational change, I meet people where they are and help them move forward intentionally.
Before launching my coaching practice, I served in senior leadership roles supporting a large-scale Department of Defense contract exceeding $500M, leading quality, training, outreach, and change initiatives for geographically dispersed teams. This experience shapes my ability to balance empathy with accountability and vision with execution.
