Biography
Katherine believes that everyone holds the potential to be and do something great. Her passion is to help others find their role in their community and work. She works with them to develop and grow both professionally and personally. She fulfills this passion in her role as Vice President of Operations for ThriveOn Concepts, LLC. In this role Katherine has the opportunity to empower, add value, and make an impact on others.
Before devoting her work fulltime to ThriveOn Concepts she worked as a challenge course facilitator for both Tucker Leadership Lab at William Jewell College and the City of Leawood. With them she led team building and leadership development programs. She has had the pleasure of working with organizations such as The Ewing Marion Kauffman School, the Federal Aviation Administration, Northland Chamber of Commerce, and Mariner Holdings in her time as a challenge course facilitator.
Katherine enjoyed her time as a student-athlete while obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Clarke University, where she also minored in sociology and biology. In 2017, she graduated from Avila University with her Masters of Science in Organizational Development. Katherine holds an Executive Leadership Graduate Certificate and Coaching Certification from Avila University as well. She obtained her ICF ACC credential.
