Biography
Rich's facilitates leadership communication coaching for executives and management teams. He is President of Drinon & Associates, and was previously owner of ExecutivEdge. He has conducted thousands of training and coaching sessions for organizations and individuals throughout the U.S. and Canada over the past 35 years. He has a journalism degree from the University of New Mexico, a master’s degree in Leadership Communication from Gonzaga University and a graduate level certificate in Leadership Coaching from Avila University. Rich is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has served in leadership and management roles for local, statewide, national and international organizations.
