Biography

Tammy Kapeller, ACC, CSPO, FSA, MBA, is working with executives and senior leaders to facilitate positive, authentic behavioral changes that result in enhanced roles and relationships throughout business and personal situations. Tammy has been in the insurance and reinsurance industry for over 30 years, with most of those in leadership and executive roles. She has experience in product development, experience reporting, sales, marketing, process improvement and operations. Tammy has an Executive MBA, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a certified Agile Product Owner and holds an Associate Certified Coach designation with the International Coaching Federation.
