Biography
Teresa Schwab is the President of Arnavon Strategies, LLC, an independent firm offering highly customized leadership development and training, and individual, team and group coaching. As a trainer, facilitator, consultant and coach, Teresa has provided services to numerous organizations in the corporate, not-for-profit and public sectors.
The diversity of Teresa’s background, training and experience offers her a multi-system perspective that she draws on when working with her clients. Teresa has spent over 20 years working for and with organizations of various sizes and budgets, and has been on the management teams of organizations with budgets ranging from $50,000 all the way up $50 million.
Teresa holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation and holds a Community and Civic Leadership Coach Certificate through the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC). Teresa has completed leadership training with both KLC and the Center for Creative Leadership. She has also completed Case in Point training with KLC, training in effective facilitation with Leadership Strategies, training with Robert Kegan in the Immunity to Change approach and is a Certified TotalSDI Facilitator. Teresa is a member of the Kansas Leadership Center coach team, and an instructor with the University of Kansas Public Management Center.
Teresa grew up in rural Western Kansas, and now resides in Lawrence with her husband and three sons.
