Kim is an ICF PCC certified Life Transformation coach and helps individuals to identify and live out of their true identity. Kim offers customized coaching programs for individuals and organizations who want to increase the emotional, relational and conversational intelligence of those on their team. Kim is certified in Conversational Intelligence C-IQ training and coaching and many other instruments that help accelerate the coaching process for her clients.
Kim is an early adopter of the RARE Leadership principles and believes that integration of head, heart and gut brains helps build a mature leader that will lead with positivity and strength. Kim has been studying neuroscience of the brain and how it impacts behaviors. No longer does one have to stay the same but they can epigenetically rewire their system for new positive outcomes.
Kim completed her graduate degree in Professional and Executive Coaching from the respected University of Texas in Dallas School of Business. Kim has volunteered most recently on the Business Unit of Resilient KC an initiative championed by the KC Chamber of Commerce to help educate the marketplace and other spheres of influence about the importance of helping people build resilience and emotional capacity to overcome toxic stress events. Kim is invested in helping others discover their own state of well-being.
Kim has spent most her professional career in the Kansas City marketplace making a difference in the public accounting, real estate, sales and most recently on the Life Care team of Mosaic Life Care. She currently owns her own company RARE Transformation, LLC that can help individuals find increased inner peace and move toward a thriving life style rather than surviving. RARE Transformation, LLC also helps organizations integrate life coaching into their employee well-being offerings.
